Well the letter of invitation (from my wife inviting me to Azerbaijan)for the visit visa for Azerbaijan states that I would be living at that address. This was supplied to the Azerbaijan Embassy in London.

Could this help in anyway?

What I was thinking was sending western union payments of say 200euro every month for the next 5/6 months and keeping the dockets as proof off dependency? Being employed there are deductions from your wages (PRSI deductions I think). I presume they are deductions like in the UK for national health services.

As I am paying into this, I am paying into the country so I don't think we would be classed as being a burden to the country.

I provided proof of address with 2 letters from the bank and 1 letter from the revenue. Also, my contract from work states my address.

INIS are not entitled to ask for various proof. The only thing you have to prove is that you are exercising your treaty rights buy providing contract of employment. Yes - She simply put a stamp in her passport, to make the type C visit visa extend from 1.5 months to the full 3 month term. We arrive on 2 December 2011 and it should have been stamped then until 2 March 2012 but the guy only done it to 15 January 2012 so she has just made it to 2 March 2012.
