if it's 3 months short only, then you may try postal application, these days it takes 5-6 months and visa is mostly granted from date of application(not guaranteed). so in all you may get covered because in delay in processing.

This is guidelines when to apply and this is the topic where people have discussed their scenario. No one can guarantee what visa date will be given its all depend on case worker. If you apply with in a month than you can argue with caseworker to give visa from date of expiry or can complain if he/ ...

I have got a printout from local branch with stamp and sign. These branch statement is printed on plain A4 paper (no special stationary) although with bla...

I think as per this you do not need to show fund for both as you are not applying at same time. which essentially means that, as per law, the principal migrant needs to show maintenance funds for himself / herself only when he is a named applicant. Conversely, if the dependant is applying for leave ...

Thank you samira and hsmp1412 for your assurances. I think I had bad call with HO, The person suggested that I should not apply early at least not early than one year but he couldn't point to any relevant rule which prevents early extension for Tier 1. Just cautious and want to be prepared. I had fe...

First of all having conviction doesn't result in automatic refusal for tier 1 extension. Your case may be considered under good character requirement as two conviction in short duration. You have done right to notify as it is a requirement now to notify of any convictions.

Lets say I have no good reason, paying full fee and happy to take extension from date of approval, and if caseworker refuses what reason th...

Tier 1 extension

I need another(Second) extension because of delay in entry of more than 90 days and wish to apply for early extension(14 months early) through PEO. I do not think paid or unpaid leave make any sense for Tier 1 applicant. Many of the them are self employed and probably few would get any payments for voluntary holidays or gaps in employment. It would be impossible for them to provide documentary evidence for every single leave. What I get from im...

Thanks cs95tdg, I too have noticed no change in 90 days rule in continuous residency guidance . The period between entry clearance ...
