You will get the same points that you attained the first time. The application form clearly asks for the age at the time of first application and not the current age.

Should be okay but you need to mention this very clearly in a covering letter (if applying by post). When applying in person, you can include the cover letter but you'd always have the option to explain things personally.

You salary slips and dividend vouchers (if applicable) should show the NI and Tax. It does not necessarily mean that you have to pay the tax before applying for the extension. The taxes are generally paid at the end of the financial year and hence this should be okay. Having said that Tax deduction ...

The answer to your questions is one and the same. Apply for your ILR and you can apply for your child's Citizenship. You don't need to include your child on your ILR application.

Re: Hi

Do it at your own risk....

It actually doesn't matter what you've selected on the form. UKBA considers limited company directors as self employed. As most of the applicants knowingly or unknowingly include most of the relevant documents they get approvals.

Guess if you have a scanned copy of the BRP that should suffice and you can provide the email address employerBRPverification@ukba.gsi.gov.uk to your employer if they need to check the authenticity of the BRP.

Do not travel without BRP. Security personnel can check your BRP while leaving the country. I nearly had a fight with the security person because he wanted to see my BRP card, even though I was travelling to my home country. You cannot return back to UK without the BRP. I got my BRP in 2 days after ...

I will submit application before 14 June 2012 due to increase of maintenance fund.
You generally don't need two cheques. When applying together, you can submit a single cheque for both main applicant and dependant.

Your UK experience points are based on the salary earned in 12 months claim period (from within the last 15 months). If you earn more than 16K you can claim UK experience points.

With proper justification for the travel you can even get ILR once you complete 5 yrs from the date of your first entry. Having said that, this depends totally on CW's discretion.

As already stated in earlier posts, you can easily get another Tier 1 extension.

True !

The tenancy agreement is not mandatory and that's the bottomline. If the OP wishes he / she can include this document at their own judgement.

UKBA doesn't check if you are studying while working or vice versa.

The bottom line is, you need to get the necessary points and the relevant documentation to prove it.
