Re: Confused! Scan doc or post? Spouse visa app - Karachi/London

Well, you can't change once you have submitted the application and since my spouse's initial application was submitted through vfs, I had to fork another £75 to be able to have my documents scanned and submitted. Still waiting for the ECO email confirmation though so let's see when it will come thro...

Re: Evidence: pictures

It is incredibly easy.

Insert photos on A4 - Word document, resize - so you have two pictures on a page then File, Save As and then select PDF from drop down or Print as PDF.

If needed to adjust file size, open them in Acrobat Acrobat (pdf software) and File, Save as other, then Reduced size pdf.

Re: Spouse Visa application issues relating to change of name.

It does Indeed, the confusion may be that both TB and English test certificates have passport number which presumably changes too when she is issued with a new passport. How do you think we can work around this issue? You think submitting copies of old passport, marriage certificate and new passport...

formal complaint to the EC (European Commission)

Hi Guys, I wonder if it is worth lodging a formal complaint to the EC against INIS visa processing delays? I have submitted my dependent family case back in August 2015 and have been waiting since. I believe my case is genuine enough that they have not been able to find a reason to refuse but can on...

Has anyone received decision within a year??

Hello Guys,

I know a lot of you are waiting but anyone submitted their documentation under Directive 2004/38/EC over a year and still waiting for response? when i say submitted means the date INIS received documentation and not when you posted it please.

Your responses are highly appreciated.

Best.

Re: Anyone know what the hell is happening with INIS?

Apologise bro, I seems to have trouble with that login again..

I applied for my dependent brother's family to join me in Ireland. Their application was logged at Karachi office on 10 August 2015. INIS claims to have received it on 4 September though and we are still awaiting response.

Re: Ireland Spouse Visa Processing Time Pakistan

I firmly believe they aren't processing applications received in November 2015. As you may see few other mentioned earlier applications. I applied for my brothers family back in August, they claim to have it received in early September 2015 and we are still waiting for decisions. I have written to t...

Re: EEA Residency permit refused

I get your point , and I may have to consult the family law book again if I am not correct. As I understand two catogories of marriages are entitled to annulment, void and voidable marriages. A bigamous marriage is void, a marriage that was never consummated is voidable. In the above category of ca...
