I am naturalized british citizen and i will like to apply for british passport. I do not have any foreign passport, my ILR is on a paper (immigration status document). I have been living illegally in the uk since 1999 March 8 2009............I applied for leave to remain based on article 8 Sept 29 2009 .............1 year discretionary leave to remain was given Sept 24 2010...............I applied for ILR Nov 2 2010..................ILR was given Nov 5 2011..........

A friend has a partner with Permanent residence. The partner with PR divorced his eu wife 2.5 years ago and his now living with his third national partner (friend) for 2 year.
Can the third national partner apply for leave to remain or eea residence card?
