Because you guys stayed with your wives for more than 3 years before separation you have retained rights of residence even if you divorce. you will just have to show the caseworker that during the period you were together SHE was still exercising her treaty rights non stop. yes you should apply for PR

HO received 29 feb
eea1 for my wife and daughter issued 04 april,received 25 april
COA issued on the 02 april apparently but never received, but i don t care
RC is the most important and i m still waiting!!!!!!!!

you are lucky guy, sent mine(eea2) they received it on the 31/10 /2011 since then no coa, the last time i call them(3 rd time) was monday pointing that it should be issue immediatly. finger crossed hope they will send it soon

now 12 weeks and no coa call them this morning, the lady said they are aware of me haven t receive my coa if they need to send me one they will.
don t understand as i believe they should send the coa immediatly for all applications. for me is 3 months and maybe more very stressing
