Anyway letters addressed to her, (all kinds of bills with her name on it, bank accoun,t credit card statements, etc) a letter from the headteacher...

This is interesting and it's good that you've got an emailed response. I'd looked at this recently and the guidance on Irish websites is to the effect that article 10 residence cards are accepted, but that the Irish authorities are unable to assist with queries as to whether one holds one or not. I've filled out the list for my EEA3 application, had about 45 business and holiday trips over the past 5 years, it took some time to get it done, but better do it to avoid extra questions and lost time

An update Traveled through Eurotunnel to France. If you pre booked you can go through automatic check in. I ended up in a manned queue. The person at check in didn't ask for a passport, basically because the French border control is on the UK side of the tunnel and if teh paperwork is not in order t...

Hi Masum, you may remember I applied at the same date as you. I called to ask where my COA was, as just like you I never received one, in the beginning of April, few days later they send the PRC.

Ok I may be a bit simplistic here, but would it be possible to remarry in the Uk or Germany, so the marriage is valid. The past years would certainly qualify for a durable relationship
