Re: FINAL DOCS CHECK SET O ILR

If you are applying on your own then its fine and with dependents you need co-habitation documents and proof of English.

Please remember to take your Passport, BRP, payment sheet and appointment letter.

You can apply anytime. Check with your GP how soon they can do this for you.

Sometime it takes time.

Re: FINAL DOCS CHECK SET O ILR

Many thanks tier1o for your suggestions. I will include those docs.

With regards to finances, I am not providing any specific docs.

I am submitting mortgage statement, joint bank statements, spouse statements as part of cohabitation proof.

Do we need to provide any docs for finance?

Re: Lessons Learned from Mistakes

My advice will be to keep all your documents such as bank statements, self assessments for your record.

Also if any dependent is applying with you then put their name on your various utility bills so that you have enough documents to proof cohabitation.

Thank you CR001 and tier1o for taking time and sharing your experience. I got council tax, some posted water bills as well. I just want to make sure that these bills are accepted in PEO.

Thanks again for your assurance.

What about the travel tickets or agency.

Re: ILR form SEt(O) help please.

I believe if you are on Tier 1 General than you have to select Section A. You cannot decide any section based on your convenience. You have to select the category under which your application is based on.

Re: Set O. Secetion HL

This section is for applicants who was on Tier 1 G plus work permit or HSMP. So anyone who switched from ICT T2 visa to Tier 1 G visa needs to fill this section ? "documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules." - Is the Letter from UKBA/HO granting T1 visa a goo...
