Re: EEA2 Surinder Singh 3 Month Success Story

Hi, I am looking to get my dependant parents to UK via SS route. I am planning to move to Ireland for 6 months or more. I have couple of questions 1. Can I use my UK limited company for invoicing purpose if I find a contract in Ireland. Will it create any problem for me to prove that my centre of l...

Re: investigation letter from home office.

In that case you should inform UKVI or seek the advice of changing of the circumstances to avoid the prosecution. My intention is to live in UK without any "but" (not when it is convenient) I am seeking to obtain the citizenship to be able to take full part in UK live, be able to vote and decide on...

Re: investigation letter from home office.

to be honest I am not surprised. Really? I am shocked. If you didn't plan to stay in UK why did you to apply for the citizenship? When you apply for citizenship, you INTEND to live in UK. You are not saying "no matter what, i will live in UK" All you are saying is, My intentions are to live in UK b...

Re: investigation letter from home office.

This document says https://www.gov.uk/moving-or-retiring-abroad "Your UK citizenship will not be affected if you move or retire abroad." Now, this does not mention that anything about Naturalised British or by birth British so I am assuming, it should be applicable on both. A quick Google search htt...

Re: unable to get fingure prints done through post office

I think my best option would be to contact the BRP service by email address provided in letter and wait for what they advise. Good idea. Meanwhile, personally I'd also try another Post Office, take my ILR BRP card and explain that its already done and accepted, perhaps the other Post Office Worker ...

Re: Documents for MN1 without NCS checking

You would be silly not to use NCS. Not necessarily. Making the application by post is perfectly fine and saves you 100£ The only thing that you need to send is the birth certificate of your child and your ILR approval proof. For ILR approval proof, you can send the approval letter that you got when...

Re: Tier 1 G Extension and ILR days counted

28 days before to 22 Oct 2015 will be 24th September 2015 So you are eligible to apply ILR on or after 24th September 2015 . It depends where you initial visa was granted. for out of country application, ILR eligibility is based on your entrance to country (UK) and not on actual visa data. you need...

Your son is not a burden to anyone. He is just an ordinary person like anybody else but with some special needs. I wish you all the best for your application.

Re: Stuck between ILR and Extension

Hi saqibmbhatti , I think it is highly unlikely your ILR will be succesful if you applied under your current Leave to Remain. As suggetsed by others the best option would be to make a switch. Whilst the sguggestion to make a postal application could have worked if you were short by say around 30 da...
