My citizenship is also approved today, I have provided the IELTS certificate which I did in 2007. I have used the same IELTS certificate for my initial Tier 1 application, then ILR and now citizenship.

Hi,
My application was approved today and I have the same case as yours so IMHO your refusal was a mistake. Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to reply.

Thanks

Thanks for replying noajthan & Casa. I fully understand the reasoning behind the "timeline" only threads. However, although, I do agree with Casa regarding "chit chat and often off-topic discussions" to be deleted but if a query is regarding a missing information that helps the general public (remem...

Timeline Threads - Why no discussions policy (Moderators)

Hi guys, Can anybody please explain to me why there is a "no discussion" policy on timeline threads? I am really struggling to understand the reasons. Most of the times the questions asked are relevant to the subject and it adds value to the timelines submitted. e.g. I asked (peepers) in Dec. 2015 t...

Re: naturalisation case work no reply 10 months now

One more suggestions (which I just gathered from being on the forum), but this will not expedite the process but it might enable you to know what is going on with your case - Make an SAR request. There is a currently a free fast track SAR facility available and you will get the response in couple of...

Re: Naturalisation query

With ILR, you can stay out of UK for upto 2 years. Why can't you just redirect (royal mail redirect) all your post to some of your friend? and once your Naturalization is approved you can call council to book private/public ceremony. You just have to come to UK for one day to attend the ceremony. In...

Are you sure about 4 days? Have you done the calculation right? May be you can add some details here and some senior member can check if you have done the calculation right and you can't apply earlier than that?
