Hi ilr_appln, thanks for your reply, yes the P60 will cover the periods 2008, 2009, 2010,2011 and 2012 and exclude 2013. The answer to your question is a capital NO!

He will need to apply for ILR first and thereafter naturalization.

The form to use for his ILR application is SETM which you can find easily on the UKBA website.

Hi mate,

yes you should be fine. I'd suggest you start looking for dates now as getting dates on the particular day you want can be a headache especially considering the festive period and UKBA may probably be closing down for the holiday. Check with them first though.
