Hi, From what you've said it doesn't look like you'll have any problems. Two things you need to be aware of: 1) so long as you haven't been out of the country for more than 90 days at any one time. Hi You shouldn't have any problems so long as you meet the requirements to claim the 75 points for ILR even if you go in person.
