I had Fixed Penalty Notice IN10 driving without insurance, £200 Fine, 6 Points on my licence in April 2011 and got ILR in February 2012 without any problem. So don't worry and apply your ILR. Good luck.

Don't worry, she is fine and can apply with you. Fixed Penalty Notice has no impact on ILR application until you got fine from court. Hi diwakr21,

You should register your daughter after getting your ILR if she is born in the UK and you have to apply for Naturalization as a British Citizens not for British passport. You can apply British Passport once you received you British Nationality by naturalization.
