I got my passport back today did biometric on 15th March
I think they only consider your application after you submit biometrics.

In both cases, the information travels to UKBA instantly. However if you go post office, you don't need an appointment just turn up early in the morning and join the queue.

If you course was PhD, then you could take a letter from the University saying that you have finished atleast 1 year of the program. I think you can put that information when you apply for ILR. Normally, extension is 2 years, and i'm not sure about more than 2 years of extension.

You need to find a company, who is willing to file petition for work sponsorship, then you need to apply for H1B providing that number of applications for H1B does not cross the annual limits (for india it's 65,000/year).Good Luck

yes it is possible, you need to finish at least 1 years of your course and the employer must agree to sponsor you.
