Credit Card blocked..

Hi,

One of my friend applied for Naturalisation couple of weeks ago. The credit card( the details he has given for fee ) has been blocked and now he wants to give another card details.

How to go about it please?

Thanks sushdmehta, As I mentioned my friend's wife and 2 sons ( 14 years and 10 years ) entered in June 2011 and their leave is expiring in March 2013 when my friend will be applying for his ILR. Technically dependants will be applying for 2 months extension as they will be eligible for ILR in June ...

Confused here...Should they apply for FLR ( M ) till June 13 ( from March 13 ) or they will come under 5 years ruling..

Dependants' eligibility for ILR

Hi everybody. This is for my friend who is completing his 5 years in March 2013 on Tier1 Visa , hence eligible for ILR then. I had an appointment with NCS for my son's naturalisation on 13th June. No acknowledgement from UKBA. Money is not taken out as well from my card?

Sorry Vinny,

In fact I was talking of one professional reference. If our different family friends are doing both references, then can both write as family friends as one of them has to be Professionally engaged with the kid ( my son is 5 years old ).

Thanks Bob, In fact I spoke to school teacher and requested her if she could do in her personal capacity as school name is nowhere asked....She kind of agreed and asked me to bring form when I go to pick my son at 3.00 PM.. I am sure she ( The teacher ) would not be in any trouble as she was bit app...

Hi, For one referee ( who is engaged with child professionally ), I am unable to get it done either from GP or school. School says as per their policy they can't give reference. GP is also not willing to do...What should we do? Other reference ( any british citizen ) is ok.. Your advice/ suggestions...

Last 3 pages are not addressed to anybody. They are general.

As we said the letter addressed to us didn't have no mention of ILR.

I think that is how it is.....nothing to worry about..

Do the cohab docs need to be on joint name? I mean if I have my individual bank statement at the same address and my wife's individual statement at the same address in say March 2010, that is proof of cohab?
