@tknayak - as per UK Govt legislations, all airlines need to submit APIS Information on all international flights to and from the UK. This "can" be used in conjunction with entry records to calculate absences. There is also crude option of tracking thru entry stamp in overseas country. However in ab...

HSMP JR applicants need to show economic activity covering their stay. Normally last 3 payslips + last 3 bank statements + last 5 years P60/45s are are sufficient. Case worker may also ask for additional documentation but haven't seen any case where application was delayed / rejected inspite of thes...

Residence Requirements

As per the guideline, application should check if s/he was physically present in the UK 5 years (/3 yrs) before the date that application will be received by UKBA or other receiving authority.

If an application is submitted thru NCS, what's the date to be considered?

Thanks.

you need to show economic activity during your stay in the UK - a lot depends on the case worker. normally they want to see p60s/45s covering the 5 year period + payslips/bank statements for the last 3 months. however, some may not insist on p60s/45s and/or happy with a few. As far as i know continu...

e.g. India also doesn't recognise dual citizenship and one needs to surrender the passport once foreign citizenship is acquired otherwise it's an offence under indian law.

this is one of the common LIUK test registration errors. the same happened to my wife and she received her PR without any issue. LIUK certificates can't be reprinted and details can't be changed at the last minute / or at the test centre. I would include a cover letter explaining the the oversight. ...
