The existing OCI booklets already contain a sentence that state life long visa validity - I am not sure what enhancements they would be making.

Birth certificate is must otherwise how shall the relationship be established with the parents? Parents' OCI copies are sufficient but if you wish you can also include the Indian passport surrender certificates. just to add - you don't need to surrender indian passport within 3 months, you can surrender within 3 years from naturalisation. the 3 months is only for travel on indian passport. however if you wish to travel to indian beyond 3 month period then you must surrender and obtain visa or oci prior trav...

Post dated passports are not valid until the marriage/civil partnership date and hence can't be used for visa application/ESTA purpose.

Does you wedding fall on a working day and do you also have 2 working days from that date?
