I am British Citizen for the past one year or so. My mother lives in USA permanently and I want to visit her with my family. I applied US visa about 9 years ago when I was not UK citizen but then my visa was refused. Do I stand any chance to get ETSA approval to visit my mother in USA ?

Thanks legalalien. They did cross checked the referee in case of my Kid's passport application and I heard they do more in case of kids as there is no interview process and it was via post. No difference really Except if you need to send your documents (especially passport) to the HO for your wife's visa application.
