You'll not have any issue in Tier2 ext..though u need to declare it ..if Tier2 form ask conviction somewhere than just fill that.

Simi UK,Co gratulations on your Husband's ILR. Thank U for sharing the experience. The application was a straightforward one. All relevant documents were available..No fuuther inquiries were needed by UKBA. Good luck in the future. We had a driving conviction and that was the only concern for us !!

Sorry for the confusion, its section 6 of new form were they ask for absences, should we need to get a letter from employer
If you are on tier 1 visa then you don't need it but if you are on tier 2 or work permit then you need to hv a letter from employer

Please help!! I am filling the new SET (O) form, on section 6.2 it says we need to mention date of leaving UK and date of entering UK. Hi,

I want to ask a question on criminal conviction. We need to mention this in the form even after the new changes, whether spent or unspent??

Also as a Tier 2 migrant is it mandatory to give evidence of paid annual leaves even when they are less than 180 days?
