I have a query, as we have applied tier 2 through a solicitor, in this case the passport and biometric cards will be send to us or to the solicitors address? The biometric letter came to our residential address.

The bill is still with the house of commons, it will take some time. But yes if these amendments get passed then there is some hope.

Otherwise this kind of conviction get spent after 5 years.
