I know what you saying but this IVA comes under the same insolvency act 1986. This is where i am confused.

Hi all,

A silly question, two referees what they should mention as in what capacity they know me.

Would it be one as a Family Friend and the other say Accountant in what capacity he would know us?

Hi all, I will be applying on 25th Feb with my family. Attracting joint application fee so us as couple + 3 children. So the total will be £1317 couple + £1103 three moiors. Much appreciated CR001 of your advice and i have checked the link. But it only covers Bankruptcy of 12 months where as IVA is always for 5 years and not considered as Bankruptcy.

This is where the confusion lies, on the other hand my name is on Insolvency register which covers Bankruptcy as well???

yes case worker normally ask for an emplyment letter or any future employment/business arrangements you have in place.

Yes that will be alright but in addition to that you can at least take with you any doc on your name. As I said your case seems straight forward so make appointment with PEO and don't forget to use the right version of the form. Good luck
