Re: Skilled worker dependent visa - Family Consent form

I am writing to seek clarification on a few aspects related to my Skilled Worker Dependent Visa application for my partner and child. There is no reason why your dependants cannot apply for new visas now but it unclear why they should want to do so? In August 2023 you posted: My wife and child have...

Re: Currently on UK D-Marriage/CP standard Visa, but now married.. what to do next?

I'm unsure now how do we switch to the wife visa online? As you came to the UK on a fiancée visa and got married within 6 months you are eligible to apply for a spouse visa from the UK. The requirements and how to apply are here: https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse since I took my husb...

am confused with 28 days rule. Do my employer need to report to home office or if they give me updated job offer letter will work. Outside Uk If the start date is delayed by more than 28 days your sponsor will inform the HO and provide the reasons for the delay. If you or your sponsor want to updat...

My COS end date is 10th Nov 2023 however in my BRP expiry date is 25th October 2023 so do I need to apply for extension before 25th October 2023 ? Also what would be start date in new COS ? Re: Skilled Worker Dependant visa - moving abroad on maternity leave

I found information on the Maternity Action foundation's website (https://maternityaction.org.uk/advice/m ... questions/) that if I have qualified for SMP once, I am entitled to it for the entire period, even if I move abroad permanently/my visa expires or I leave my job. The information provided o...

Re: Skilled Worker Dependant visa - moving abroad on maternity leave

You should understand that your visa is tied to your husband's visa. If his employment with his sponsor ceases for whatever reason his and your permissions to remain in the UK will be curtailed to 60 days. If your husband leaves the UK during the curtailment period both of your visas will lapse imme...

Re: Employer issued wrong type of CoS

I called the UKVI hotline yesterday and they said my application has now been 'decided' so I guess it's now just a matter of waiting for an official notification. wait for the decision. Sometimes when the HO realises that there has been a mistake in an application (in your case the incorrect CoS nu...

I think adding a route to a sponsor licence is treated as a new licence application the processing being 8 weeks. You can check this by ringing 0300 123 4699. They won't ask any personal or business details.

Not possible to tell as you haven't provided sufficient information.

On what date in September 2019 did your T4 visa expire and did you obtain a degree on completion of your studies?

What was the exact date of your extension application in September 2021?
