If, repeat if, your sponsor was liable for ISC but didn't pay it the fallback position according to the SMS guide would be: https://www.points.homeoffice.gov.uk/gui-sms-jsf/help/HelpWindow.faces?helpTextKey=SMS-003-HelpLink-03 If you assign a CoS in an ISC exempt category when none of the above cond...

Graduate Visa holders need to pay ISC for SW
The ISC is paid by the sponsor, not the visa holder, and there are various exemptions, see

Consider the SW visa issue date as the start date of the 5 year period. The BRP issue date could be later.

She should address all the reasons for the refusal given in the HO letter and then re-apply. A cover letter with the application would be helpful. Also look at caseworker guidance https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1167576/Visit.pdf Citize...

On the CoS what exactly is given as route category/sub -category? (please copy)

Curtailment letters take a while to be issued and if and when you get it you will have permission to stay in the UK for 60 days from the date of the curtailment letter, not from the date your previous job ended. Your dependants will apply for visas of over 3 years duration and the expiry dates of their visas will be the same as on your visa
