The sponsor's certification of maintenance for your dependants applies throughout the validity period of the CoS so you don't need to do anything further about their maintenance.

I am not sure what to put here Your Naric qualification comparability statement is valid for a lifetime. In answer to the question on the form just give details of the visa which required you to evidence your knowledge of English, or your ILR application, the HO will check their records to verify.

One of the specified documents you can submit with your sponsor licence application is evidence of ELI. Your other insurances are of no interest for the sponsor licence application.
