Re: Very Urgent please!!!Notice of fine and collection order

I am sure Home Office will not find out if you don't declare it. First the fine happened not the last 3 years. Second, that will not be on the Police National Computer. Also since you paid it will not be registered on Registry of Fine Order and Judgement ( trustonline ). Lastly there is no national...

Re: UKBA reply over Naturalization employment history

Re: Useful feedback

Re: P60s, Similar to your situation, I was able to provide all of mine win the qualifying period. However, as I was also able to provide my 5year route via visa stamps, they said the P60s could be optional. not sure if this is different for Tier 2 and Tier 1 routes although through my experience th...

Re: Useful feedback

Hi, Did you ask the NCS staff if you can submit your P60's if you have any of them. For example I have got almost 10 years of P60's with me from every employer . Do you think is it worth providing all of them along with my application ? Also I wanted to know do you think is it worth asking for SAR r...

Re: leaving uk after passport

After you obtain the British Citizenship you can go wherever you want. Just don't open a tin of worms by mention in AN form that you are moving to Canada. Simply they can reject your application as you don't meet the future intention to live in UK condition or ask you for an interview to dig inside...
