Re: leaving uk after passport

After you obtain the British Citizenship you can go wherever you want. Just don't open a tin of worms by mention in AN form that you are moving to Canada. Simply they can reject your application as you don't meet the future intention to live in UK condition or ask you for an interview to dig inside...

Re: URGENT Naturalisation Issue - Traffic Offence (SP 50)

Smam I think its becoz the criminal conviction (speeding is a crime!!! where this country is still in 1940s motorway rules. lol) is considered spent only after 5 years from the court decision date eventhough your points on the license gets cleared after 3 years. This is according to the rehabilitat...

Hi

Sam I'm in a very similar situation as to yours don't know why every solicitors I've been to they're saying to me to wait for five years rather than three as opposed to Amber replies of the post.

Any more replies on the same issue.

Many thanks and waiting for your useful replies.

Re: Financial Default and 6 points on license Affect ???

Hi,

I think that's a bit too harsh on bridgeman40 to get a 10 years ban.

I would say take the HO to the court after that you didn't hide or use deception at all mate.

Hi Rolla

There's a new rule came out that any one who take deep breaths UKBA will stop their naturalisation so don't breath too heavily ok !!!!!

Come on mate it has got nothing to do with your Naturalisation.

Good luck with your Naturalisation.
