Re: Naturalisation refused on the basis a deception

I just heard (authentic source) that someone application of Naturalisation was refused. The reason was given that the applicant has obtained tier-1 (in the UK) and extension by the deception. It appears that HO made a substantive search and it has revealed that the applicant has amended his tax ret...

Re: MS90 Traffic Offence affect on Naturalisation

Hi,

I am really sorry to hear that.

I think you have wait for the outcome of your Court Case you can't apply before that for your BC.

As Sushdmehta has advised you, very thoroughly you need to read Chapter 18 Annex D of Good character requirements for applying for BC.

Good luck for your BC.

Re: Very Urgent please!!!Notice of fine and collection order

I am sure Home Office will not find out if you don't declare it. First the fine happened not the last 3 years. Second, that will not be on the Police National Computer. Also since you paid it will not be registered on Registry of Fine Order and Judgement ( trustonline ). Lastly there is no national...

Hi, Its not a requirement at all from the UKVI to provide them with an Employment history from the HMRC. you just have to write the details of the employers you've worked for in the last 10 years. that's all to the best of my understanding don't know any thing more than that. if you are not working ...

Do you think is it worth providing all of them along with my application ? Also I wanted to know do you think is it worth asking for SAR r...
