Hi,

I think that's a bit too harsh on bridgeman40 to get a 10 years ban.

I would say take the HO to the court after that you didn't hide or use deception at all mate.

There's a new rule came out that any one who take deep breaths UKBA will stop their naturalisation so don't breath too heavily ok !!!!!

Simple is that mate if you've applied for your ILR and you've gone through then I would simply advice you to go a head now as well and just apply for your Naturalisation as well.

Unfortunately due to some missed CC payments I got a default on my credit file and now I am on a payment plan from my Creditors.

I'll be applying for my naturalization in the month of October 2013 will it affect my naturalization application.
