The sticker rule is very much in place, you will have to personally go to drop your passport at VFS.

Re: Pre-action protocol or judicial review

The reason for refusal is irrelevant. Whatever you want to do, you should do it as soon as possible as you are now overstaying in UK and since you are not covered by any immigration act (which can make your stay legal) for the JR, you are not allowed to work either. Contact an experienced immigratio...

Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

   Looks like those who are waiting are perpetually on a short fuse that they take offence to anyone getting early approvals and wanting to share their timelines People who got their approval quickly against all HO's odds would naturally try to show that off, but that doesn't mean tho...

Re: Good news for new An form march 2015

They'll probably return it, but after getting Registration as British Citizen, the ILR card ceases to exist and you dont need it anymore. The BRP is required to travel until the application is decided, that was the whole idea to go to NCS so you can still travel while HO squats on all the applicati...

In which section in the form? Also, I can only hardly remember where I was given a parking fine, I don't have the papers ...

Sorry, I thought you were already on ILR as you posted this in citizenship section. You will have to declare this offence, there are many people who got ILR with his type of offence

On what basis are you considering your initial Tier 1 started from 22 Aug 2011?
Its immaterial when your T1G started. HO gave you 5 years in total, you are falling short because you filed an early extension

Re: March 2015 Naturalization application timeline

Some approval letters say you need to contact the council within 21 days and many councils don't send out invitation letters.
Contact your council and check if they have received your certificate. Individual ceremonies can be arranged within a few days.

Re: Tier 1 extention with criminal conviction

Is this a custodial sentence? UKBA considers how serious the crime was and the sentence given before they decide the application. Also, you will become an overstayer once your current leave to remain expires and you don't have a right to appeal either. Its very unlikely that a fresh application will...
