Re: NEW AN(Citizenship) FORM MAY'2015

a. Firstly, Employment is not a requirement for Natuaralisation - HO has not made employment mandatory for naturalisation anyway b. If we think that they are going to enquire about my character : they are not taking my consent to do a reference check with ex-employers ... HO already has all the per...

Re: NEW AN(Citizenship) FORM MAY'2015

I bet with everyone that if they check the good character of their own people ranging from councillor to MP, from mp to minister then all of them will be failed? There must be good character criteria for post naturalizations holders even passport holders. No body is 100% angle even policy maker. Yo...

why they want 10 years employment history from the applicant's? Any info you provide can (read will) be used against you. If you have been working when not authorised, or working more hours than authorised as a student etc. any time in the last 10 years then HO can give a hard time to those applica...

Applying for naturalisation just to get BC for children and then wilfully not attending the ceremony is like trying to bend the rules to meet the criteria for someone else, in other words, its called deception and will be caught sooner or later Don't think the HO is dumb enough to send the naturalis...

Re: Pre-action protocol or judicial review

The reason for refusal is irrelevant. Whatever you want to do, you should do it as soon as possible as you are now overstaying in UK and since you are not covered by any immigration act (which can make your stay legal) for the JR, you are not allowed to work either. Contact an experienced immigratio...

They'll probably return it, but after getting Registration as British Citizen, the ILR card ceases to exist and you dont need it anymore.
