My wife (September applicant) got her docs back a couple of weeks ago. The application was decided under the new rules which we are pretty sure is wrong due to the fact that she entered the UK from Canada on a fiancée visa in April 2012. At this stage we're thinking of just sucking it up and dealin...

Re: Property inspection report

Is it a good idea to definitely include a property inspection report in a UK Spouse Visa application? If so, does anyone know the cheapest way to get this done by a good authority? Thanks Submit statements of mortgage payments from the sponsor if the sponsor owns the property. If rented then the es...

Thanks MPH, thats very clear. When you say Renew the FLR(M) after 2.5 years, is that a case of simply applying for FLR(M) again? Thanks again, C Some applicants have waited 7 or more months to get their FLR (M) The fiance cannot work during the fiance visa or until the FLR is granted in the form of...

Just guessing here - Report lost passport to the police and keep case number. Apply for new passports at your embassy and temp travel documents. I would assume If you have a BRP then that will show your status to return back to the UK with a temp passport. Can't comment on the income reinvested into...
