Jambo, what is COA( certificate of approval) does every one get that once the application is in process or not? does it mean your application it has been successful?

I think best way is to divorce first(if you have been living together 3 yrs at least with evidence) then you might be able to retain you RC.
Lets say you retained your RC,,,what happens after? can you obtain PR on 2014 when your RC finished?

Hi Figo10, I guess 4th application u mean EEA4 form yeh. What do u mean by if ur application is valid? and when did u call HO exactly. I hope you and I and every1 else waiting will soon get COA. Yeh u right Turkey is not EU so they dont care about RC or PR and my country is on the list of which need a visa before flying to Turkey, so I guess my holiday again will be in EU, until next year I get my British passport

You dont now what will happen yet so relax but if it happens like you said, she has to have his passport or she must get divorce with him and apply for PR after her 5 years RC finished.
I hope that he will co operate and she get her PR in the simple way.
