No fund maintainance is needed for ILR.

Also, if u entered in feb 2009 after the stamping on dec 2008 given that the delay was less than 90 days you will be able to apply in dec 2014. You can apply 28 before you complete 5 years.

That's fine. You can apply without any issues. One can apply 28 days before becoming eligible. Also you can count 5 yrs anniversary from your EC is you have entered within 90 days of getting the EC.

If you are getting the requisite points of 11months then submit bank statements and pay slips OR

Show 12 concecutive months earnings in the last 15 months. If you are applying in may, you can show earnings from April to march.

While maling ILR application through tier 1 route you are only asked to prove earnings for the last year so you are fine.

Yes vicki83 life in uk test is a compulsory requirement for ILR application. Naric can compare overseas qualification to uk qualification. Same LIUK results can also be used for naturalisation application.
