You don't have to apply for your daughter ILR only if she is uk born. If not then you would treat your daughters application similar to your wife's.

I agree with Kevin there is no point in raising your hopes for early decision. If it comes early nothing like it but its better to be prepared for worse.

yes filling in section 9 is fine also u can claim points for uk experience....do it the same way you calculated the points during extension.

28 days rules means you can apply 28 days before completing 5 yrs based on your initial entry / entry clearance as the case may be. You entered in 2007 so you anyways qualify.
