Finally long waiting is over ........... :) I want to share my timeline Application sent : 08/03/12 Biometric letter received : 30/04/12 done same day Biometric card and document : 04/07/12 Good luck to everyone!!!!!!! Congrats! I am really pleased for you, you are truly lucky, be free and enjoy.

I would suggest that you seek the help of a solicitor before making an application to UKBA, your case sounds a bit complicated, but I am sure, with the experience of a reputable solicitor you should be fine, wait for the views of guru's, moderator etc, good luck.
