Hi, Has anyone here used Fragomen - http://www.fragomen.com to represent them for a PEO ILR application? And does anyone know if they are OISC registered? you can only switch while the application is awaiting decision. appeal means you dont have an outstanding application that can be varied or switched. however if you are eligible otherwise, you may apply with a fresh application for the same or different category.

Either filing her own ILR LR (and hope for discretion) or bolting onto your ILR as ILR dep would take about the same time. the latter option would not be affected by the absences. Costwise something for you to think about.
