Especially found interesting: para 74 para 77 para 82 - first bullet item para 132 - first bullet item Would I be right in assuming, based on this document alone at this time, that I would be Ok (5yr WP with no break ILR due Nov, + 1 dep (5yr UK cohab) +2 UK kids), that I do not need to meet the inc...

Thank you all for your suggestions. I was aware of p60. And yes give years with same company is possible with decent salary increases over the year and a good company culture with perfect work life balance.

if you come back at least once in the middle of your tour of duty, your will avoid the 90 days (at a stretch) limit.

WP ILR - Bank Statements and Payslips

Folks, what is the absolute minimum requirement here (WP ILR, same company, 0 absence)?

Previous 12 months payslips
Previous 12 months bank statements
Employers SOC letter

OR
Just one payslip and bank statement for the immediate last month to accompany the Employer issued SOC letter?

Please advise.

Validating your payslips against P60 (which you should have in order to prove your tax status with HMRC) would be a first step.

Main applicant - WP visa 6/12/07, UK entry 20/12/07 Dependant (spouse) visa 11/12/07, UK entry 20/12/07. Both no status changes and never left UK during this period. My calculated application date is 9/11/12. Am I correct? Also, does the spouse need to meet the 5yr residency criteria individually? P...
