your children MAY be given British citizenship only when BOTH parents are settled (ILR) and at least one parent BC.

for your wife to have any chance at ILR she has to be living in UK, currently 5 yrs, as your dependent. simply possessing status but not living in UK does not help.

you can have 1 or 2, not both, foreign citizenship that does not allow dual nationality and British passport, WITHOUT first getting British citizenship for your UK born child.

b1 test costs 125 gbp. naric itself is 50 for a start. b1 test passed will be accepted by ukba. hopefully this will help make a sound decision.

Ncs payment is separate from application payment. you pay for ncs service at ncs appt. still need to supply/send separate apli payment detail.

a separate letter from the xformer employer is not a requirement in this case. however no harm in including one. but i would not work very hard to secure that letter if that needed a lot of effort. P60 P45 would suffice.
