It means neither good or bad. It is a telephone call, possibly from HO, possibly not.

In late May applications will start for indefinite leave to remain for partners and spouses of British citizens affected by the changes to the regulations in June 2012. Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro are NOT part of of the Schengen zone, so no, you will likely not be able to travel on a Schengen visa. You will need to look at the visa requirements for each country.

I got my ILR in Feb 2016 using Foreign Degree taught in English with PBS Print-out. NCS says, they are instructed to get NARIC certificate. It is still confusing as the Application form has an option to select 'Met Language Requirement' post Oct 2013. Does this option only applicable to UK degree? ...
