Re: Extending Unmarried Partnership Visa

I understand I cannot apply outside of 28 days from the expiry date? Either 28 days before reaching the 2.5 year residence mark OR within 28 days before visa expires. •Will my length of stay change if I will be applying this time as a fiancé or not? No. It is a 2.5 year visa. •As I'm currently empl...

Do the period between tier 4 visa Jun 2012 and Sept 2012 when applied for card residance will affect my naturalisation as I was overseas or my status was ok because I was family of member eu?
No. You were outside the UK, so not sure why you think this will be an issue.

Re: more than 60 days b/t jobs (245AAA(b) removal) - ILR granted!!

@Camilla C could you please provide details of the immigration solicitor you used for your ILR application? I'm in a similar situation. When was your last CoS issued as there is confusion about the 245AAA (b) removal being valid for CoS issued after 11 January 2018. Thanks in advance. Members are n...

Re: Strange situation please advise

There has been no major change other than that SUPPORTING documents have to be sent to Sheffield. The applicant still has to submit at VFS, enroll biometrics and submit passport. No change there. An application for ENTRY clearance cannot be made within the UK. It has to be made in home country of ap...

Re: Spouse Visa Help

The time spent waiting for a decision is counted, so no issue with that.

She can apply for ILR no sooner than within 28 days before 14 February 2019. Her delayed entry to the UK has caused the shortfall.

Re: RCoS request vs RLMT - Which comes first?

Does my employer have to wait until the end of the RLMT process to apply for an RCoS? Yes they do as if an EU/BC or settled person applies before the end of RLMT, they will get preference to you. If a CoS is issued before RLMT is completed, then RLMT requirement will fail. Page 70 and page 97 in th...

Re: Married to eu citizen - When can I apply for citizenship

You can apply 12 months after you have attained PR. You should have received a letter with your PR card stating which date you automatically attained PR. You state you applied for a Residence card outside the UK. Your time for citizenship will start from the date you returned and completed 5 years r...
