I'm gonna start addressing her as applicant instead of her name
Hilarious, I can picture it. 'Hi Applicant, I am home. What's for dinner?'

Asthma, diabetes and BP don't qualify for 'medical grounds'. Many people all over the world suffer these and are all fairly easily treated.

Re: First British Passport application form Question

You need to send all uncancelled passports. They will be 'clipped and stamped' cancelled. To be precise, the British passports will be modified thus. I believe the foreign passports will be returned to the applicant unmodified - they are the property of foreign governments. What are you on about? I...

Re: Urgent Help

Can I apply for a T2 from the uk? No you can't because you don't have valid leave to remain. You will have to apply from home country. You could have applied for Tier 2 General (if you met the requirements) before your student visa expired from within the UK though but that boat has passed now. I n...

Re: 10 year ILR & 3 year Spouse for citizenship

You can apply using the NCS at the council. This way you get to keep your original documents and passport. Suggest you use a council that offers the new joint citizenship and passport application service, they seem to be processed a bit quicker. If you travel, you can come back if and when you get a...

Re: Maternity Pay Eligibility For Tier 2 Migrant

1. You cannot claim a UK allowance if you are not in the UK.

2. Yes it will, you have to notify them if you are leaving or not in the UK and it will be stopped.

3. No, you cannot claim child benefit if that is what you mean by 'child care benefit'.

No dependents to be listed for IHS if not applying with your spouse.

Also, don't put your information in, your spouse must 'apply alone'.

The Tier 1 route has been closed ages ago. Tier 2 General might be an option if you can find a sponsor. Unfortunately I do not meet the criteria for ILR as I do not have a continuous stay in the UK. Re: Renewal of leave to remain

So you applied on FLR(M) as an unmarried partner?

You will have to apply for another 2.5 year FLR(M) visa.

You need 5 years residence before you can apply for ILR (no restrictions visa).
