Re: ex wife threatining to contact HO & revoke BP

I sought advice from the solicitor who handled my citizenship application and divorce proceedings. He recommended reporting her to the police for blackmail and blocking her.
100% this is what you should do and add harrassment to the list.

There is nothing you need to do. What you have exprienced is normal, you are reading too much into a simple entry process

If the stamp is just an entry stamp, no issue.

A visitor entry stamp states the restrictions and looks different.

I think you are overthinking here.

Re: Priority Service for ILR

Hi, I have submitted my ILR 08 Mar 2024. When I was doing the application I couldn't see priority service option. Is there a way to pay extra and move my application to a priority service. I need to travel urgently within few weeks and the decision time on the application is showing 6 months. Thank...

Re: STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN IMMIGRATION RULES - MARCH 14, 2024

Can we do additional 20 hours in same soc code to achieve the required figure for ILR or we need to get 29K from same employer who sponsor us? For ilr it is only the main visa sponsored job salary that counts and has to meet the requirements. You cannot use a second 20 hour per week job with a diff...

Unlikely. B1 is not a difficult test and doesn't even take long to do.

Does she have a foreign degree that can be assessed by ecctis?

What sector/industry will she be working in?

Re: Overstayed but now applying spouse visa within the UK

One thing is that I have relatives in the Republic of Ireland so If I go there and apply from there, would that be in any way feasible or possible? You need a visa to go to Republic of Ireland. Highly unlikely you would get one as a person in the UK with no legal status. The UK and Rep of Ireland s...

Hi Justtme29 I think for fee waver it's separate application.
Destitute person don’t need to pay he’s exempt from home office fee
It is still a separate application to the ILR DV application. You need fee waiver approval first before you can apply for SET(DV).

You would need to check if the test provider is still on the list. An expired test can only be used if it is an approved test AND the test provider is still on UKVI's approved provider list. https://www.gov.uk/english-language/approved-english-language-qualifications You can only use English for Spe...

No he cannot.

They would have have had to be in the uk as student dependents to qualify for graduate route dependent visas.

This is clearly stated on ukvi website.
