The child needs a passport, for ILR and to be able to fly out of the UK. Surely you can apply for a passport from your embassy??

Re: Can my father be dependent of my EEA spouse?

Question - is your father using the NHS and if so, is he paying for ALL his NHS services/visits/medicines?

What is happening when you try to send a PM? I have just tested your permissions and it all seems fine.

Re: BRP application before Citizenship application?

Hi, I've been informed by the NCS, that I can do my BRP before I have my appointment with them for the British citizenship application. But the post office website says, I can only apply for BRP with the document and barcode the home office sends after I sent my citizenship application... Time is c...

Just the last question regarding maintenance on PBS dependant form.

Can I attach my bank statement for the maintenance period as my wife doesn't work at all and I take care of all the household financial needs?

Regards,

REDBULL110

Re: Tier 2 dependant separate ILR application

Thank you CR001, There is a lot of content to go through. I will definitely go though the links. Could you please let me know if she would be able to qualify for ILR again after completing 5 years from the date of reentry (Mar 2014)? Yes, provided she meets the requirements. Also, my naturalization...

Re: ILR or FLR(M)

Many Thanks CR001. So just to confirm, even though she has been a PBS dependant of a British National since past 1.5 years(As I got naturalised 1.5 years back), she will be fine to apply for an extension on Tier-1 Dependant form which is as follows: Correct, provided you got ILR based on Tier 1 G i...

Your understanding is correct. You are still employed by your sponsor and they are required to notify HO once you leave their employment.

Yes you must declare her employment.

No you do not have to submit evidence if not relying on her income to meet the requirement.

Re: ILR or FLR(M)

Now my question is , does she qualify for ILR or should I extend her stay by using FLRM? Also does the NHS Surcharge applies on her? IF it does then from which year? No, she does not qualify for ILR. She needs 5 years residence as PBS Dependent. Extend her visa on Tier 1 Dependent form. Applying on...

Re: Travelling abroad during 60-day curtailment period

A curtailment letter is only sent, if it is sent, once you have left your employer. They have an obligation to notify HO within (I think) 10 days of your termination/leaving the company. How long HO takes from there to issue a curtailment letter is anyone's guess. A point to note is that if you are ...

Re: ILR Application

She can extend more than once. Suggest in Feb 2018, apply by post to buy some time.

Alternatively, as she has only recently arrived and won't lose much time, she could switch to FLR(M), which is cheaper too, provided you meet all the requirements

Re: How long can I stay out of uk on a spouse visa 5 year ro

Absences should be limited and for good reason. Absence of 180 days or more must be declared for ILR. Absence of 180 days or more breaks continuity in residence.

1. You can rely solely on your income to meet the requirements but you must complete the forum honestly and include her employment where it asks for it. You should not withhold any information. 2. You need to mention the child in the relevant section and birth cert is sufficient. You do not need to ...

Probably not as she cannot hold two visa at the same time. Her ICT short term visa most likely cancelled her previous dependent visa.

If your previous leave to remain has expired, HO might only return your passports at the airport as the moment you withdraw, you become an overstayer.
