Letter aside, you did not qualify for ILR anyway. You need 6 full years on DLR first.

PBS Dependent extension application.

I am assuming you have just mis-typed the years and mean 2013 and 2014 and NOT 2003 and 2004.

When did you get ILR?

Were your dependents in the UK at any time before 2014 as your dependents?

What 'dependent' visa did they apply for and enter the UK on, there is more than one type of 'dependent' visa?

See section 5 and specifically 5.6 in the link below. It appears 6 months should be ok. As I said, I stand to be corrected.

You pick up the passport form from the Post Office. You cannot 'download' it. Both forms get sent at the same time. You will only get a passport if your citizenship application is approved and once you have attended your ceremony. Form AN asks for National Insurance information. Read the form and gu...

Nothing confusing. The forum has rules and there is no need to start a new topic with each question or variation of a question you have on the same application.

It needs to be valid when you apply. There is no requirement that is must be valid for X number of months/years.

Apply via NCS as noajthan has advised.

Good Luck No, the OP has clearly stated it is ILR under the UK immigration route and has posted in the ILR forum not the EEA f...

Re: Tier 2 Gen - Job title and SOC code change

You need to submit the contract you have with your sponsor. The client contract is not really relevant as you are only allowed to work for your sponsor on their payroll.

Contracting in any form is not permitted on Tier 2 General.

English B1 is required for ILR. She will not be successful is she applies with A1.

Absence is fine. There is no absence limit for PBS Dep but absence should be limited and for good reason.
