Re: Newly born baby

No. A child born abroad will only qualify for BC if one or both parents are applying for BC at the same time. Child would have to wait till they are 18 and apply as an adult, assuming they meet all the requirements at that time.

Re: Citizenship for Child

Citizenship takes a few months, you are only british once you have attended the ceremony.

If child is born after you have attended ceremony, then child is British by descent.

Re: Citizenship for Child

No, your child will have to apply for the same visa as your wife, settlement visa.

Child is only automatically British if born in the UK bevause you have ILR already.

Being born abroad before you are British doesnt give thw cjild any special status.

Re: ILR (LR) application query

ILR LR doea not permit dependents to apply wirh you.

Your wife must apply on FLR(M) once you have ILR if she meets all the requirements (financial and Englis). This will be a new 5 year route to ILR.

Your UK born child can be registered as British once you have ILR.

You have not status on what route you are applying for ILR so it is impossible for anyone to offer advice. Form Set(O) is used for a lot of different visa categories.

No there is not unfortunately, not to the UK. They would have to qualify for a visa in a category themselves for the UK. Suggest read through the links below to see how impossible an adult dependent relative visa is. https://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/adult-dependant-re...
