If you have valid leave I believe you don't get right of appeal.

Re: Born before 1983 to a British mother (UKM) which documen

I applied via UKM which is still in process. I sent my mother's original birth certificate, my original US passport, my original "long" birth certificate. Hopefully this is enough, they haven't asked for more yet, I mailed it mid May. Do they just verify your passport and send it straight back? I'm...

Re: Same IHS Ref Number for a fresh application

You have to pay the IHS with every application you make and it will likely generate a new number. IHS is refunded if an application is refused.

Either! One is a freepost address so won't cost you anything in postage. The other you have to pay for postage.

Re: Pre 09 July 2012 PBS Dependants

No chance, the April 2014 rule changes are very clear. Spouse will need 5 years on FLR(M) to qualify for ILR or 10 years ILR if that is reached sooner and spouse meets all the requirements. Is this the same solicitor that gave such fundamentally wrong advice in the thread below about bank statements...

Re: Question to do with FLR (M)

My wife's spouse visa from Pakistan expires on 28 March 2017. Am I correct in thinking that I should apply for her FLR within 28 of this expiry, and not before? Yes, any time within 28 days of expiry to avoid a potential shortfall for ILR and the need for an additional extension later on to cover a...

Zohaib only posted twice on the forum and hasn't visited since March 2015, nearly 18 months! I did see that Casa but I thought he may come back upon receiving a notification email to advise on the outcomes. His matter is the area of interest for many like myself and can help many others :) Please s...

Re: TIER2 visa for 5 years to ILR?

You need 5 years for ILR.

You cannot have a tier 2 G for more than 6 years, there is a limit. Bear in mind that not everyone comes to the UK to get ILR/BC. They come for the experience.

If you have travel in the next few weeks, you could also apply for an emergency passport. It takes about 10 days and can be used to enter and exit SA.

Re: chances of success .. flr o application.

HO might ask for DNA proof that you are the biological father especially as the child was born when mother was married to someone else and whose is the 'sponsor' for the child EEA Residence Card under the EU rules.

Anyone can put a name on a birth certificate.

Re: Change of Employment and during Naturalisation Applicati

HO don't usually contact referees. Not something you can change now.

If you have a letter from HO with your case ref number, you could advise them about your job change.
