Re: Student visa rejection *Does it effects Good character*

Can you list the timeline of everything, the general paragraph you have written doesn't give the important information. Date you entered the UK the first time? Date student visa expired? Date of visa refusal? Date of last appeal refused? What application did you make after all appeals exhausted and ...

Re: Mistake on Form AN - noticed after posting

This is why we always recommend submitting through NCS. They check your form and you get to keep hold of all your original documents, including passport.

Am sure it will work out for you.

Re: Right to abode

UKM registration (through British mother) or UKF registration (through British father) both cost £80 each.

RoA costs a lot more than this @ £423.

Passport, once British, costs £72.50.

Likely only in certain circumstances if the child is British by descent, which you are not. Right of abode is not specific to commonwealth countries.

You should be aware that Ireland and the UK share immigration data so your parents overstay since 2014 and the failed application you submitted will be known.

Re: Can seniors please suggest some reference cases for FTT

Why did the HO refuse your application? Please read the OPs lengthy other topic detailing the whole case. We certainly don't need a rerun of this incredibly long topic again in this FTT thread. https://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/flr-fp-refused-no-right-of-appeal-and-no...

Re: Life in the UK test

The Life in the UK test is still valid but she also needs B1 level English from an approved test provider unless she has a NARIC ELA for her degree. I'm assuming your wife wasn't awarded the degree in the UK? The cost for the NARIC ELA and the B1 level English test are the same. OP states it is a U...

Re: From fiance visa to spouse visa

In regards to proving that she has been staying with us. Do I need to register her in the council? Also is it possible to name her as the account owner for BT to serve as proof of her stay with us, as we are currently transferring to another broadband provider. Or would this over-complicate things....

Is there a grace period where we have to submit the application before her visa expires? I saw 28 days whilst skimming through a bunch of threads. I seriously have no idea where I got the £1400 visa application fee from. She can apply up till the last day of her visa validity but always best to app...

Re: From fiance visa to spouse visa

We are hoping to submit our application at the end of the June. I would just like to clarify a few things such as fees. As far as I know, they are incurring charges of £1,400 for the settlement visa and further £500 for NHS surcharge (with an optional £500 for priority service). It is £993 for in c...
