She needs to have been a qualified person exercising treaty rights for a full 5 years, either working or hold CSI if self sufficient.

You being British makes no difference to the route she is on as an EU citizen for PR.

No, you cannot combine Tier 2 ICT main visa holder with Tier 2 General Dependent to make 5 years residence for ILR.

You need a full 5 years as PBS dependent to qualify for ILR.

It means neither good or bad. It is a telephone call, possibly from HO, possibly not.

In late May applications will start for indefinite leave to remain for partners and spouses of British citizens affected by the changes to the regulations in June 2012. Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro are NOT part of of the Schengen zone, so no, you will likely not be able to travel on a Schengen visa. You will need to look at the visa requirements for each country.
