As you hold a skilled worker visa, presumably he holds a skilled worker dependent visa??

What further leave to remain do you think you and/or the child can apply for exactly?

Re: can I use 2 separate 5 year route periods for ILR?

In which situation can the five years be separate then ?
No. It needs to be 5 consecutive years under the same visa route and immigration rules, ie 5 years FLR M.

The 5 year and 10 year routes have different immigration rules

Re: Options for student Visa overstay 13 years

She came to the uk 13 years ago from Asia on a student visa. She has not been out of the uk since arriving. How has she been supporting herself? When did her visa expire? Why has she not done anything to sort her status out or leave the UK? She has said she paid a solicitor £1000 to send her passpo...

Re: British overseas citizen how to get ROA,ILR or full citizenship

I had not come across a statelessness application on these forums before, so I had to research. It is possible that you could apply to stay in the UK as a stateless person , after arriving in the UK (i.e. you can't apply from abroad). And this application seems to be very advantageous. It is a five...

1. Please keep all your questions about the same application in one topic, this one. Topics merged.

2. There is NO '180 days' absence limit for spouse visa holders. This rules applies to a completely different visa route and not Set(M).

Re: 10 year ILR Route - combination of ICT and SW

Can I apply for ILR in August 2028 ? No one can say what the rules will be in August 2028. They change frequently, most recently just the last week for 10 years long residence. At the moment, your visas would qualify but anything can change by the time you qualify. That aside, you would qualify bas...
