Appointment is already booked and paid for. Only new paper form needs to be completed if paper form was used.

1. You can use either income or joint income. You must complete all the sections of the form honestly.

2. Likely means if you married a second cousin etc like some cultures do.

Re: Human Rights IRL REFUSED PLEASE HELP

Are you saying you applied for ILR LR in October AFTER your visa expired?? This is why you can only appeal outside the UK, you had no valid leave and were an overstayer and therefore did not qualify for ILR long residence. Have you been given the option of 'Administrative Review'? Although I don't s...

5.) Surrender the Indian passport there at the embassy.
Likely the passport authorities as there wouldn't be an Indian embassy in India

Child will need an exit visa on the British passport from India I believe.

Overseas income can be used if it meets the requirement AND the BC spouse has a job to start within 3 months of arriving back.

Virtually impossible to get these visa. If ADR applied for and refused, it shuts the door to any future visit visas too. There is an incredibly low success rate with these very expensive visas. It is not only about how much money you all have. It has everything to do with what evidence they provide that they are genuine visitors and can prove strong ties (social, family, work, financial, property) to their home country.

Why do so many members seem to miss the important bit in the form which states :
1.50 Employment history in UK during past 10 years, or since date of entry if you have been
here for less than 10 years
(continue on page 22 and use additional sheets if needed)
